Massage is where it all began for me—my foundation, my roots. At nineteen, I stepped into a world where healing wasn’t just a concept but something I could hold in my hands. At first, it was all structure—learning the intricate systems of the body, the way nerves fire, blood flows, muscles stretch and contract. I fell in love with the human body, with its intelligence, resilience, and quiet way of asking for what it needs.
With time, my hands became more than tools—they became listeners. What started as technique evolved into intuition. I discovered that the body speaks in its own language—through tension, stillness, pain, release. My hands followed, tracing the whispers of movement, guiding energy, uncovering what was waiting to be healed.
Massage is my root, but my practice has grown in many directions. Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Breathwork, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Visceral Manipulation—all these modalities became my branches, expanding my ability to listen and respond. And then, there was Holy Fire Reiki—the element that transformed everything. I’ve witnessed profound healing through stillness alone, energy moving faster than hands ever could.
Yet no matter how far I expand, massage remains the foundation—the language I will always return to. Because healing isn’t about one method, one modality, or one answer. It’s about connection. It’s about listening.
